The social structure regularly manages the conduct of the individuals (Social Structure and Social Interaction, 2015). The area of the individual in the social structure which incorporates the class, status, culture and so forth, characterizes the recognition, conduct and disposition of the individuals. The individuals attempt to act as per the spot in the social structure wherein the individual is. It must be noticed that the social structure isn't stale, as it is observed that it reacts to the adjustment in the needs and needs just as social and efficient conditions. Social collaboration The social collaborations are the manner in which individuals carry on with one another in the general public. There is a specific reference gathering and it influences the inclinations of the individual whether to cooperate with the individuals. Complexity and Analysis Social organized and cooperations are the establishments on which the life is based. Individuals need to cooperate consistently with other individual to make due in the general public. The general public everywhere is partitioned into two angles the Macro humanism and the Micro humanism (Mayes, 2005). The full scale human science depends on the more extensive part of the general public and the objectives are to discover the impact of the general public everywhere, while the smaller scale humanism manages the up close and personal collaborations of the individuals in the general public. It is to a greater extent a representative collaboration. It must be kept in the psyche that the social structures give a breaking point to our activities and our practices. We act in a specific way not as a result of our qualities or organic factors however by the circumstance wherein the individuals is, or the social structure. From the above it tends to be seen that the social communication is progressively significant however the structure can't be denied. It is because of the structure that the individuals connect with one another. The way of life decides the manner in which the individuals acts the qualities inside the individuals, and the childhood of the individual (Stauder, 2014). Social connection is the most basic part which holds the general public together. It is by this that the individuals in the general public offer social bonds just as qualities (Scheinkman, 2015). There is little assorted variety in the manner the individuals carry on in the general public except if it for the manner in which individuals collaborates with one another. Experiment on Vectors Physics Essay Example For Students

Analysis on Vectors Physics Essay Bogeyman Industrial Engineering Department, College of Engineering Adamson University, Eremite, Manila In this examination, the understudies will decide the resultant of various powers utilizing various strategies: graphical strategy; and getting the equilibrate of powers utilizing segment technique the power table. Every one of the three techniques has their own specific manner of getting the resultant power however as the trial advances, it was seen that the ecstatic vectors acquired through these strategies are only precise and qualities are intently the equivalent to one another. 1. ) Introduction Vector amounts are amounts that manage size and course, for example, power. Vectors are utilized to decide a subsequent bearing and extent by getting the total of given vectors. The aggregate of vectors is known as the resultant vector. Graphical strategy utilizes a specific scale to decide the identical vector dependent on the drawing. It is a basic and direct method of getting the resultant power yet is restricted in exactness. Segment technique can acquire the resultant power by getting two bearings at right points to one another and getting their summations utilizing the Pythagorean Theorem. In getting the equilibrate of the given powers, a power table can be utilized (see Fig. 1. 1). The equilibrate of a lot of powers is the single power that must be gotten with the arrangement of powers to keep up in the framework in harmony. Figure 1. 1 (Force table) These are the goals of the investigation that is accommodated vectors: a. To consider vectors and graphical strategies for deciding the resultant of a few powers. . ) To decide the resultant and equilibrate of two and three given powers utilizing the segment technique. C. ) To decide the equilibrate of the given powers utilizing the power table. 2. ) Theory Application of the segment technique: R resultant power Fix flat part FYI vertical segment Computation for % mistake: Sits. Worth Expel. Worth % blunder = 3. ) Methodology x 100% SST. Worth The contraption expected to achieve the investigation are power table, weight holders, set of masses, sheets of graphical paper, ruler, pencil and protractor. As saw in the table of test results (see Table 4. 2), the resultant power and the equilibrate recorded from the graphical technique and in the segment strategy are fundamentally the same as one another. This demonstrates the graphical strategy can precisely give the nearby outcomes with regards to the segment technique if the way toward diagramming is legitimate and right. Concerning the correlation of information recorded by the power table and the part technique, the outcomes are near one another, however not definite. This is on the grounds that the mass that is changed over from the vectors are not precise r equivalent to the mass applied to the power table. Purposes of qualities were dismissed on the grounds that the arrangement of masses utilized has predetermined number of masses as it were. 5. ) Summary The three strategies for deciding the resultant power and the equilibrate of assortment of given powers are for the most part exact. Be that as it may, there is a next to no adjustment in the outcomes relying upon what technique is utilized. The segment strategy is utilized as the standard outcome since it was precisely figured. As saw on the information results between the graphical technique and the part strategy, there was no mistake acquired. Odds are that mistakes will be acquired however aside from if there will be vulnerabilities on the estimation utilized that can influence the change of powers. With respect to the outcomes between the power table and the segment strategy, there was a little mistake got. The arrangement of masses that were applied to the power table was not the extremely precise as of the aftereffects of the transformations of dynes to grams and that had a little effect on the resultant and equilibrate. Henceforth, the three techniques for utilized in the trial were demonstrated right and exact. References: Dad College of Sciences Physics Dept. School Physics 1

Since China’s promotion to the WTO, numerous outside banks have started to work together in China. They not just brought propelled the board strategies and business reasoning, yet additionally made the money related market in China progressively serious. Be that as it may, there are hardly any investigations on the client saw administration nature of web based financial administrations (Broderick and Vachirapornpuk, 2002). Client reliability even got less consideration than administration quality and consumer loyalty (Caruana, 2000). The ideas of administration quality, consumer loyalty and unwaveringness are connected together (Caruana, 2000). As showed via Caruana (2000:611), â€Å"service quality as a predecessor build and administration steadfastness as a result variable of client satisfaction†. Thusly, it is significant for banks to know the present execution of their administrations and comprehend the connection between administration quality, consumer loyalty and faithfulness. Most of clients will take an interest in private informal exercises with respect to their wasteful exercises (Day and Landon, 1977). The valence of these informal exercises might be negative, unbiased, or positive. When there is a contrast between client desire and the genuine presentation of items or administrations, the negative emotions will bring about protest conduct. In this way, how to deal with client grievances, reestablish the certainty of clients and lessen the loss of clients has additionally been a significant undertaking to organizations in the administrations procedure. 1.2 Research Objectives There are some advertising and budgetary writings on the administrations and client relationship of conventional banks, however not many looks into are done on the administrations quality and client reliability of web based banking. Everything You Need to Know About Merit Aid

HomeFinanceFinancial aidEverything You Need to Know About Merit AidThis page may contain affiliate links.Nov 27, 2018 Have you ever attended a Twitter chat? Its  a live  Twitter  event, usually moderated and focused around a general topic. Road2College recently had the pleasure of being a guest on #CollegeCash with Jodi Okun, where we discussed Everything You Need to Know About Merit Aid.   Here is the transcript from the show. How does merit aid differ from other types of financial aid? Merit-based aid is awarded solely on the basis of academic achievement, merit, or any other non-need-based reason. This can be academic, GPA or test scores; geographic; community service; or some special skill like music or debate, as examples. Do all colleges offer merit aid? No, not all colleges offer merit aid. The Ivies and more selective colleges do not. Other schools, depending on their resources, may not have money to offer merit aid. Is the FAFSA required to apply for merit aid? The answer is it depends. Every school has different policies for this. Some schools ask to have FAFSA filed in order to be considered for merit aid and others don’t. Families need to ask. At some schools, students need to fill out additional forms to be considered for merit money. At other schools is automatic. How can merit aid play a factor in choosing where to go to school? If you’re a family that isn’t eligible for need-based financial aid, your only chance at getting money from a college is from merit aid. As we know, many families won’t be eligible for need-based financial aid and still can’t afford college. Merit aid can help make colleges more affordable for families not getting need-based aid. (And one more response from another #collegecash listener:   â€Å"For some of our National Merit Semifinalists, they build their college list around merit aid!   Some pretty generous colleges still out there for NMS.†) What are some tips for maximizing your chances of receiving merit aid? To maximize merit aid, make sure you apply to schools that offer it and offer it to a fair percentage of students. Students have a better chance of getting merit aid if their test scores/GPA are at the top of the range for admitted students. Don’t miss deadlines. Know if there are additional deadlines to be considered for merit money. Sometimes deadlines may be earlier than regular ones. (Great response from another #collegecash listener: â€Å"I tell my students: ‘Let colleges reach for YOU!’   Merit aid is out there if students can stop focusing on rankings only—which we know are meaningless for undergraduate teaching and student engagement.†) Can merit aid be negotiated? It can’t hurt to try. If a student has a better merit aid offer, they can ask a school to match it. The school may or may not. It depends on lots of factors like how badly the school wants the student, how much money is available at the college or what their yield is like. How early should high school students start prepping to apply for merit aid and what should they be doing? Test scores are important for merit aid, so doing better on the ACT/SAT can translate into more money. It would help a student to do as well as possible on their ACT/SAT to get as much merit money as possible. Other than test scores/GPA, I don’t believe there’s any other prepping for merit aid that should be done. Students should do activities they enjoy. Do public and private differ in the amount of merit aid they give out? In general, private schools tend to offer larger merit aid awards and to more of their students. But their COA (Cost of Attendance) is also higher. Some public schools have significantly increased their merit aid, like the University of Alabama. (In addition to our response to this question, another #collegecash listener added this: â€Å"And seeing some out-of-state publics charging kids IN-STATE costs as merit aid incentive to attend—or as recruitment tool w/honors program offer. Seeing my Illinois kids paying in-state even when crossing state lines.†) What are some tools or resources students and parents can use to research merit aid? If youre trying to figure out which colleges can offer your student the most merit scholarships or   wondering which colleges you’ll be able to afford, our college data spreadsheet is  exactly this kind of a resource.  You can also use collegedata.com to search for colleges based on percentage of students with merit aid. It’s a great place to start. Also, check a school’s Common Data Set for details on how much merit aid is awarded and to how many students. If you could leave us with one last piece of advice when it comes to paying for college, what would it be? Know how much you can afford or are willing to pay for college and talk to your student about it BEFORE searching for colleges. Play around with NPCs (Net Price Calculators) to see how much a school will cost. Start doing this when your student is in 9th grade. Also, encourage your student to broaden their horizons and consider colleges beyond the brand name and they’ll have better chances of getting merit aid. #collegecash can be found on Twitter every Thursday at 5:00pm (PT) and 8:00pm (ET)

The Effects Of Psychological Trauma On Women s Childhood...

Quantitative Article Review The Purpose of the Study. According to the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC, 2014), over 60% of insured adults in the U.S. had experienced childhood trauma, with 16% admitting to multiple types of abuse. This number can be even higher if the study sample included uninsured individuals, especially those who were in the high-risk, low socioeconomic status, and underrepresented population. Child abuse and neglect can cause both short-term and long-term effects, such as improper brain development, impaired cognitive and socio-emotional skills, lower language development, and high risk for chronic diseases, anxiety, and substance abuse (CDC, 2016). Given this information, the purpose of the study by Grabbe, Ball and Hall (2016) is to explore the severity of psychological trauma in women who were abused as a child (Grabbe, Ball, Hall, 2016). The goal is to gain an understanding of what happened during the women’s childhood that may have preven ted them from further abuse (Grabbe, et al., 2016). Consequently, using that information to conceptualize interventions for prevention and treatment of childhood and adolescent abuse (Grabbe, et al., 2016). Essay on Cyber-plagiarism - 1469 Words

Cyber-plagiarism Its two oclock in the morning, youre just one page into a 10-page term paper thats due at eight oclock. A few years ago, that would have been it: You would have submitted the paper late, if at all, and dealt with the consequences. But this is 2005, and so, in your most desperate hour, you try a desperate ploy. You log on to the Internet, enter term papers into an online search engine, and find your way to www.termpaper.com. There you find a paper that fits the assignment, enter your credit card number, and then wait until the file shows up in your e-mail account. You feel a little ashamed, but, hey, the course was just a distribution requirement, anyway. You put your own name on the title page, print it out,†¦show more content†¦According to Anthony Krier, a research librarian at Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, New Hampshire, and a widely quoted source on Internet plagiarism (he maintains a database of term-paper websites), the number of term-paper sites has swelled from 28 in the beginning of 1997 to 72 today. Does the increase in the number of sites translate into an increase in cheating? Certainly, says Krier. Theres no doubt about it. People have got to realize the problem is not going away until they start taking it seriously. At least one school, Boston University, is. Last year, it became sufficiently worried about online plagiarism that it launched a sting operation, in which a law student posed as an undergraduate in search of a paper on Toni Morrisons Beloved. In October, the university--which has been dogging term-paper mills for 25 years--filed suit against eight of the companies it claims to have snagged in the ruse, charging them with mail and wire fraud, racketeering, and breaking a Massachusetts law against term-paper sales. But B.U. is the exception. Harvard Universitys Thurston Smith, secretary to the administrative board, is serenely confident that Internet plagiarism is not a problem at Harvard. Im sure its going on somewhere, he says. I just have to believe Harvard students would have too much respect for the faculty. Just as sanguine are administrators at Bucknell, Dartmouth, and Yale. Social Class and Liza free essay sample

Appearances and Reality Pygmalion examines this theme primarily through the character of Liza, and the issue of personal identity (as perceived by oneself or by others). Social roles in the Victorian era were viewed as natural and largely fixed: there was perceived to be something inherently, fundamentally unique about a noble versus an unskilled laborer and vice versa. Liza’s ability to fool society about her â€Å"real† identity raises questions about appearances. The importance of appearance and reality to the theme of Pygmalion is suggested by Liza’s famous observation: â€Å"You see, really and truly, apart from the things anyone can pick up (the dressing and the proper way of speaking, and so on), the difference between a lady and a flower girl is not how she behaves, but how she’s treated.† Beauty In Pygmalion, Shaw interrogates beauty as a subjective value. One’s perception of beauty in another person is shown to be a highly complex matter, dependent on a large number of (not always aesthetic) factors. We will write a custom essay sample on Social Class and Liza or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page Liza, it could be argued, is the same person from the beginning of the play to the end, but while she is virtually invisible to Freddy as a Cockney-speaking flower merchant, he is totally captivated by what he perceives as her beauty and grace when she is presented to him as a lady of society. Change and Transformation The transformation of Liza is, of course, central to the plot and theme of Pygmalion. The importance at first appears to rest in the power Higgins expresses by achieving this transformation. â€Å"But you have no idea,† he says, â€Å"how frightfully interesting it is to take a human being and change her into a quite different human being by creating a new speech for her. It’s filling up the deepest gulf that separates class from class and soul from soul.† As the play unfolds, however, the focus shifts so that the effects of the change upon Liza become central. The truly important transformation Liza goes through is not the adoption of refined speech and manners but the learning of independence and a sense of inner self-worth that allows her to leave Higgins. Identity The indeterminacy of appearance and reality in Pygmalion reveals the significant examination of identity in the play. Shaw investigates conflicts between differing perceptions of identity and depicts the end result of Higgins’s experiment as a crisis of identity for Liza. Liza’s transformation is glorious but painful, as it leaves her displaced between her former social identity and a new one, which she has no income or other resources to support. Not clearly belonging to a particular class, Liza no longer knows who she is. Language and Meaning In an age of growing standardization of what was known as â€Å"the Queen’s English,† Pygmalion points to a much wider range of varieties of spoken English. Shaw believed characteristics of social identity such as one’s refinement of speech were completely subjective ones, as his play suggests. While Shaw himself hated poor speech and the varieties of dialect and vocabulary could present obstructions to conveying meaning, nevertheless the play suggests that the real richness of the English language is in the variety of individuals who speak it. As for the dialect or vocabulary of any one English variety, such as Cockney, its social value is determined in Pygmalion completely by the context in which it is assessed. While Liza’s choice of words as a Cockney flower merchant would be thought as absurd as her accent, they are later perceived by the mannered Eynsford Hill family to be the latest trend, when they are thought to emanate from a person of noble breeding. Sex Roles Sex and gender have a great deal to do with the dynamics between Liza and Higgins, including the sexual tension between them that many audience members would have liked to see fulfilled through a romantic union between them. In Liza’s difficult case, what are defined as her options are clearly a limited subset of options available to a woman. As Mrs. Higgins observes, after the conclusion of the experiment Liza will have no income, only â€Å"the  manners and habits that disqualify a fine lady from earning her own living.† To this problem Higgins can only awkwardly suggest marriage to a rich man as a solution. Liza makes an astute observation about Higgins’s suggestion, focusing on the limited options available to a woman: â€Å"I sold flowers. I didn’t sell myself. Now you’ve made a lady of me I’m not fit to sell anything else.† Ubermensch (â€Å"Superman†) Shaw’s belief in the Life Force and the possibility of human evolution on an individual or social level led him to believe also in the possibility of the Superman, a realized individual living to the fullest extent of his or her capacity. (The naming of the concept is credited to the influential German philosopher Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche, 1844-1900). Shaw addresses the topic explicitly in his play Man and Superman and in many other works, but he also approaches it in Pygmalion. Higgins, for example, represents the height of scientific achievement in his field, though he may be too flawed as an individual to continue evolving towards a superhuman level. Liza, proving herself capable of one type of transformation, also makes an important step towards self-awareness and self-realization, which for Shaw is the beginning of almost endless possibilities for personal development. Wealth and Poverty One of the many subjects under examination in Pygmalion is class consciousness, a concept first given name in 1887. Shaw’s play, like so many of his writings, examines both the realities of class and its subjective markers. The linguistic signals of social identity, for example, are simultaneously an issue of class. Economic issues are central to Liza’s crisis at the conclusion of Higgins’s experiment, for she lacks the means to maintain the standard of living he and Pickering enjoy. Doolittle’s unforeseen rise into the middle class similarly allows Shaw to examine wealth and poverty. Though Doolittle fears the workhouse, he’s not happy with his new class identity either; Shaw injects humour through Doolittle’s surprising (according to traditional class values) distaste for his new status.

Question: Discuss about the Securities Regulation for Cases and Materials. Answer: Introduction: Thelonious owns Monks Mood Music and running a successful business. However in present days he lost his significant in market share and therefore he decided to embrace digital marketing strategies and plan to re-launch the business as MMMJazz which will be a premier online store for the true jazz lover. Now according to the business structure he needs to use the electronic transaction act and also form a valid contract for running the business. The Australian contract law defines the contract as legal relationship where legal enforcement of promise has been made freely by the parties with the intention to enter into a contract. The English contract law has made a specific statutory modification of principles where it helps to make proper contract for the parties. In Australia a contract should carry six basic elements which help to form the contract which includes agreement, consideration, capacity, intention to be legally bound, formalities and certainty[1]. Essential Terms of Contract The agreement is the most essential part in the contract where both of the parties consider the existence of the agreement. One party will offer the consideration while other party will accept it. Therefore when the party accepts the offer then they will be bound to follow the terms of the contract. However the first party has the right to withdrawal the offer[2]. The parties should have the legal capacity to enter into the contractual relationship. Therefore minor, unsound mind people never able to enter in a legal contract. The person must be sound mind who has the capacity to enter into the contract[3]. The consideration should present when the both parties entering into the contract. When a person make the promise that means he or she is expecting something of value as an exchange of the promise. Without the enforcement of the promise of contract it is not valid whether it is money or goods or a promise. According to the Australian contract law the parties should have intention to enter into a legally valid contract which must consist of lawful matters. If the parties has contract for an invalid consideration then it will be treated as illegal or invalid contract[4]. The contract should satisfy all the standards of the legally binding terms because if any issue arises when the contract is formed then it will be invalid. Therefore the contract can be made orally or written or through any electronic media. The certainty of the contract should be sufficient where the rights and obligation of both parties will apply according to the relevant matters there should be a particular time frame for complete the contract[5]. There are some other incorporated terms are also applied in the contract. In the implied terms the party wants to add extra terms in that agreement where it define notice or delivery of any things to other party or related to the business. The implied terms to the both parties about the intention to form the contract and the different legal effects will applicable for the parties according to the Australian contract law. The express terms help to make the contract in legal and it should contain of promissory statement by written or verbal ways[6]. The implied terms define the in fact terms where the intention of the parties establishes before they enter into the contract. It can have conditions, warranties or intermediate to the contract[7]. Different types of Express terms Condition is helps to implicates mutual decisions of the parties in the contract. According to the terms when one party refused to accept the condition after the formation of the contract then he will breach the terms and the innocent party according to the breach of contract claim the compensations. In the case of Poussard v Spiers (1876) the court has found that the parties has failed to satisfy the terms of conditions therefore the contract has been breached and compensation has claimed [8]. The term warranty establishes assurance where both of the parties provide guarantees and promises to each other. When the party is implicated the warranties into the contract, the fact of the statement should fair according to the law of enforcement and must mentioned about a warranty. It also added legal remedy for those parties who will breach the contract. Therefore when warranty is made by the party who offering the proposal should agree with the terms and the party who accept the offers can claim the compensation which is the warranty of the contract is breached. One of the famous case in Clark v Macourt [2013][9] the court has described that one party has breach the terms of warranties while he selling the products and due to the dissatisfaction of the terms the buyer claim the damages where he was awarded with compensation[10]. Another term is intermediate terms where it will recognize breach of contract when the contract has been terminated. The contract should mention about the intermediate terms which define the clauses where anybody can terminate the contract if the nature of the rules has been breached. In a contract the promisee is liable to make the statement about the substantial performance of the agreement in the contract then for any absence of such terms will make the other party terminate the contract[11]. The incorporated terms of the contract basically helps to add extra consequences in that agreement which can be mentioned as per notice or the course of the dealings when the incorporated terms are added buy notice[12]. It should mentioned about the time and the knowledge of the contract that it will helps to set a particular period from the formation of the contract until it applications and the knowledge should mention about the terms which should follow by the other parties in the course o f dealing while they entering into the contract for running the business by the abiding terms which is incorporated of the contract[13]. Therefore when Thelonious start his new business he should follow all the contractual terms where the essentials of the terms should be followed and in some cases the incorporated terms are also important to follow before he will enter with other parties into a contract and the consumers who will use the services they will also have the knowledge about the using the online services and performed according to the consequences[14]. The Electronic Transaction Act The electronic transaction act is implied by the Australian government for those people who are running their business through the electronic transaction and communicate with the consumer for interest of the business[15]. The Electronic Transaction Act 1999 is introduced to help the transaction by providing information handwritten signature, record of written information and document in material form [16]. The electronic transaction is quite common nowadays for running a business. According to the Australian and International law, electronic signature is significant as valid way of Executive agreements. Therefore when a person was intent to running a business through online then the electronic transaction act protects the authentication and verification of the business. When a contract has been forms it should be valid and must satisfied all the essential terms of the contract. Therefore in the electronic signature is one of the important legal enforceable parts in the electronic tra nsactions[17]. The electronic contract will be recognized as a valid agreement when the contract is made with the appropriate elements and can be accessed after the execution and the parties should make the mutual consent where they expressly or impliedly accept the terms and received every information through electronically. While the using of online services the person who is running the business must bound by the communication with the consumers where they make their consent for using the service. Sometimes providing the evidence creates some problems if the elements are not enough to satisfy all the term of contract and in the transaction of the parties fail to deal with each other. It only occurs because the only way of communication is electronic application[18]. When the transactions are used then the electronic signature also recognized as a valid way of transaction or an electronic document. Therefore when someone is using the electronic signature then the received information should be consultant by the recipient through electronically. Through the electronic signature the method of the electronic transaction helps to provide information and approval of the electronic documents signed the parties who are entering into the contract must get the knowledge and circumstances of the transactions which is reliable and appropriated for the transactions and the purposes and it will be also recognized as a evidence of the transaction[19]. The method of signing of electronic signatures is recognized as appropriate while the electronic documents was generated and it helps to improve the contents of the electronic document by self evident when the parties are entering into the electronic service[20]. The importance of the Electric transaction The electronic signature is helpful for the electronic transactions. Sometimes it make difficulties because according to the performance of the contract the proof of Identity of the signor who sign the documents is required but not possible to witnessed by another person. In the traditional transactions the documents of the contract possible to altered after it is signed before some issues makes risk in the electronic signature but it can be possible to minimize those risks [21]. The digital signature is another part of the electronic signature where it is defined a term while the parties enter into the contract. Therefore the digital signature helps to identify different verification code where it will generate the services private and publicly for the verification purposes. The private key only applied for the person who is taking the service from the online or electronic communication and public key helps to share the details in publicly and anyone can visit the digital signature of the document.[22] In the electronic transaction there are several beach can identified because the use of the private key is not always accurate which may face the legal challenges[23]. If any person is required to given handwritten signature then another person can fraudulently use that signature and accurate which make the legal challenges. If any person is required to give inheritance signature then another person can fraudulently use that signature and allow for use the services. Therefore digital signature sometimes fail to identify the electric signature where the public key Cryptography should being kept secret. It is only accessible for someone who intends to digitally sign the document. Therefore if any cyber attack or data breached on the private key the person may face the consequences[24]. Online Sales Strategies while formation of the contract For avoiding the risk of Cyber attack or data breach several verification and authentication techniques has been available for the users who are using the online services. The digital signature software products sometimes help to measure the security when the user signing on the online process. Therefore other securities can be identified by the use of biometric identification and authentication, chain of custody features, timestamps, email and IP address tracking. Therefore the certification authority only able to identify the verification of the users where is secured the online databases and issued a digital signature certificate or a unique ID. By the application of that ID the user can communicate with the online service[25]. It is the duty of the parties who are entering in the electronic transaction must look for the every secured identification of the online transaction for avoiding the cyber attack. The software achieving capability is also an important issue while using the digital signature because its achieving system has the capability to retrieving everyday data from any dispute which can arise with the agreement was signed in the months or years after the fact[26]. Therefore the certification authority can verify the signor who entering into the contract and use different verification techniques for inherent. In the digital signature software which store all the information about the Signor. For protecting the privacy through the electronic transaction act the government also introduces the privacy act which protects private and personal information while using the digital signature process. The agreement which has been made by the electronic media is also protected under the privacy act of Australia[27]. Practical solution of difficult issues While using the electronic transactions the privacy and security is one of the important issues can the business man should face because while the consumers are using the Internet or online shopping, they are also required for proper privacy and security from every hackers and other personal database[28]. It is the duty of the owner of the business that he will protect the personal information, documentation, identification and the digital signature while the consumer using the service. Another issue that can be arising in the online transaction is the copyright and trademark. The scope of copyright affects the essential legal terms where the online technologies never identify the doctrine of copyright act in the electronic transaction[29]. The trademark is the legal and valid entity for the person who on the business if he using some name or a logo related the authentication of the online shopping online business. It should be protected under the copyright and Trademark acts because otherwise someone will use the logo and name and misrepresent the business value by distinct trademarks[30]. In the online business the structure of the processing should follow up online term condition policies and other relevant laws. Each and every ethical dilemma should be followed by the consumer and the owner of the business because electronic transactions sometimes arise different issues like online contract, record retention, obligations of import export regulations, exchange control regulations and other data protection laws. Before someone entering into the e-commerce domain we should obtain the registered trademark for protect the copyright of that online site[31]. The terms and conditions of the online site should be displayed while the user using the online transactions it is the duty of the owner of the online transaction that every records about the selling and buying process of the product to the online transaction[32]. Conclusion Therefore according to the law of contract breach of the terms can terminate the contract the misrepresentation of the facts of the statements by any parties can arise legal obligations. Therefore if any damage occurs due to the misrepresentation, the opposite party can terminate the contract and claim the compensation. If any terms has been beached therefore it is the duty of the both parties that they will follow all the terms and process the electronic transaction for avoiding any miss representation of breach related to the contract[33]. Thelonius can apply those advices while he will start up his online business. Reference Butler, Desmond, et al. "Contract Law Case Book." (2013).
